These are Spanish:
1.Obras - work, Puerto - Port so "Working Port" or "Port of Work
2. Bridge of Capricho, which means Whimsy, Mood, or Obstinacy
3. Plena Session, Plena is a type of music in Puerto Rico. It's very island music with big bongo type drums.
This last one is a Latin:
4. Inference from what has happened to what will happen is valid.
The last word is "illatio"

1- works of the port ( sounds more like a proper name...)
2- whim port ( doesn´t make sense at all, it might be a place, where did u get it from??)
3- open session or complete session, but it also may refer to a session which is currently being held, in that case u may say ¨la junta esta en plena sesion¨
and i don´t know what is number four, neither do i know what language it is in.
hope it helps a bit, greetings from Argentina
