No thank you. God knows my heart. I don't need to prove myself to you in any language.

First of all, it is Christian..not Cristian. Let's get that straight. Now for the other two points. #1. I don't care who you are..if you drink poison and don't get immediate medical attention, it is going to kill you..believer or not. #2. The Bible doesn't say that believers can speak all languages. It says that some, not all.. have the gift of "speaking in tongues", which is other languages..

This is what it says...
"In my name they will drive out demons; they will speak in new tongues; they will pick up snakes with their hands; and when they drink deadly poison, it will not hurt them at all; they will place their hands on sick people, and they will get well." Mark 16:16
Demons and languages and picking up snakes is fine, healing with hands maybe, but I have a serious problem with the deadly poison. According to the same book it says that people who have faith will "do even greater things than these..." So, all in all I think it's safe to say that it's nonsense and just mythology.
And look what the NIV says in the footnotes...
"((The most reliable early manuscripts and other ancient witnesses do not have Mark 16:9-20.))"
So what's it doing in the bible? I wonder how many other verses were added, removed, and modified?

Wow, you really have a skewed view of Christianity, unless being a "Cristian" is something other than believing in Jesus Christ as you savior and accepting the fact that he died on a cross to pay for your sins. We do not have any special powers, nor does the Bible every attach that definition to a believer. Not sure where you got that from.

Sorry about you misunderstand of Christians but proof is in deed and action. Now by speaking strange tounges that you don't understand or by requesting proof that you won't believe anyway.
Read the Word, Learn the Word, Live the Word, that my freind is all the proof that matters.

I'd like to turn you on with your taunts, but apparently, everyone here can see that whatever you believe in at the moment hasn't really put you in a better position than the people you are LAMELY attempting to challenge.
Let's see you become better off first, and then we'd get back to you. Ok?

Sure you're not talking about pisstian and pisstianity?
Crosstians can drink wine and only get slightly intoxicated because it is the blood of the bull and they eat the bread that the devil kneads, and never go hungry.
cristians carry the cross with ease but Gee Zuss, they sure know how to talk through their hats or harts.

i am not sure what to say to you but for one, a true believer in not supposed to lie, commit suicide and just to clear it up... they are not super human so don't expect every christian you meet to speak every language on this earth. no offence man but get your facts right about christians and quit with the old school mentality.

Get real: A true Christian does not have to prove anything to you: Jesus christ died,and was resurrected for the redemption of my sins,I know I am saved by his grace,and that is sufficient for me.
Worry about your own salvation.

And again, I exhort you, my brethren, that ye deny not the gifts of God, for they are many; and they come from the same God. And there are different ways that these gifts are administered; but it is the same God who worketh all in all; and they are given by the manifestations of the Spirit of God unto men, TO PROFIT THEM, (not to prove to unbelievers or satisfty sign seekers)
9 For behold, to one is given by the Spirit of God, that he may teach the word of wisdom;
10 And to another, that he may teach the word of knowledge by the same Spirit;
11 And to another, exceedingly great faith; and to another, the gifts of healing by the same Spirit;
12 And again, to another, that he may work mighty miracles;
13 And again, to another, that he may prophesy concerning all things;
14 And again, to another, the beholding of angels and ministering spirits;
15 And again, to another, all kinds of tongues;
16 And again, to another, the interpretation of languages and of divers kinds of tongues.
17 And all these gifts come by the Spirit of Christ; and they come unto every man severally, according as he will.
18 And I would exhort you, my beloved brethren, that ye remember that every good gift cometh of Christ.
19 And I would exhort you, my beloved brethren, that ye remember that he is the same yesterday, today, and forever, and that all these gifts of which I have spoken, which are spiritual, never will be done away, even as long as the world shall stand, only according to the unbelief of the children of men.
Now I'm trying to receive the gifts of tongues as I study different languages so Heavenly Father can consecrate my performance. I can speak Mongolian, Russian, English, some German, Spanish, Korean and Japanese :-) They will profit me and my fellow men, not used to prove unbelievers. All the gifts will be used for the good.
