He's a vertically challenged bloke, although you also forgot the bit that when it rains, he can ge back to the 104th floor because he can use his brolly to get up there

a dwarf or vertically challenged or he`s in a wheelchair or just drunk after work and falls in the lift and can only reach so far on his knees:) this has been done too many times now. ty for points:)
