All these things that you 'enjoy' are basically false enjoyments, they either give you a short term rush physically (junk food, alcohol nicotine) or mentally (gambling). You then end up feeling lower once that crutch has gione. You need to search out longer lasting, more positive and genuine 'buzzes' that are helpful not harmful. How good does it feel when you do something for someone else that they really appreciate? (Maybe become a volunteer for a charity). The buzz from exercising is proven to improve mental health (take up a sport, maybe join a sports team to have people around to motivate you?) What about keeping your mind busy and active so you're not sitting around with time to be distracted by these things (take a college course, read more books, learn a new skill).

Combine all 4 with a simple game.

go to a pub at opening with a few mates - put some money into a pot, asign a number on a dice to differant things ie 1 = drink 2 = smoke 3 = eat. Best to use two die and assign a differant drink/type of smoke to each number. Take it in turns to roll the die. Last one Standing takes the pot.

If that don't work quite everything and buy a Bananna Farm in the Carribean with the money you save

Go to Scotland. No smoking in the bookies so youll cut down. When u step outside for a smoke, u'll miss 72 opportunities to place a bet on virtual 2 flys crawling up a wall champion hurdle handicap now available at hills ladbrokes and corals. so u'll cut down! That just leaves the drinking and as you cant drink in the bookies ur only 2 vices left will be halved. giving u time 3 take up a new hobby...like knitting

stop smoking, first of all. some of my friends have said that different kinds of candy and stuff help, like "lollipops" or whatever. keep your hands busy. and save that money you would have used to buy cigarettes to save up and buy something else. stop gambling and just do the fake gambling stuff online where it's just a game and you don't lose money in it. save that money, too. don't get totally wasted when you drink, the hangover isn't worth it. spend the money you saved from not buying cigarettes and not gambling on something like new clothes or whatever, to make yourself look more presentable to your boss wherever you work, or to make your family happy.

By cognitive therapy you can begin to teach your brain how to forget about the guilt you currently feel about such activities. Eventually getting to a point in life where the aforementioned 'bad' things are seen as 'good'. I hope this helps!
