Try Crushed ice with champagne (or Cava) Vodka Lemonade and Pineapple it is absolutely brill and you only need a couple to get rocking yum yum I want one now.

YES! Do you like jello shots? Make a package of jello by using the standard method: empty the jello in a bowl - add 1 cup of boiling water. Than add 1 cup of vodka or pucker as the cold water. Stir well. Pour into small cups (ketchup containers work well and if you spray them with Pam - the jello comes right out). Add a squirt of Rediwhip before you serve :)

Oriental Cocktail

2 shots whiskey
1 shot lime juice
1/2 shot curacao
1/2 shot sweet vermouth

Shake together well with ice and strain into chilled cocktail glass.

Daquiris are nice. Lime juice, a bit of cocktail syrup, crushed ice and rum (to preferred strength) in a blender. Blend until smooth and serve in a margarita glass. Add fresh strawberries for a nummy fruity daquiri.

French 75 - put a champaign flute to chill in the fridge then when its ready, twist the top in some sugar to 'frost it'. Pour in a measure of gin, a measure of lemon juice and then top up with champaign (or sparkling wine) add a slice of lemon and an ice cube and away you go - this is really refreshing and really nice too!

I lived in cape cod USA. and a nice summer cocktail was a Cape codder. Vodka, one third cranberry juice and lots of fresh limes and ice, Cheers

Watermelon Lemonade Recipe
The mild flavour of the watermelon blends nicely with the tart lemon juice.
INGREDIENTS:
6 cups watermelon
1 cup water
1/3 cup sugar
1/2 cup lemon juice
PREPARATION:
Remove as many seeds as you can from the watermelon flesh. Place watermelon and water in a blender and blend until smooth. Strain liquid into a pitcher, along with sugar and lemon juice. Stir until sugar is dissolved.

Refrigerate until chilled, then serve.

LYNCHBERG LEMONADE
Ingredients:
1 can 7-Up
1 shot (4.5 cl) Jack Daniel's®
1 shot (4.5 cl) Lemon Juice
1 shot (4.5 cl) Sweet & Sour mix

Recipe:
Mix ingredients in a glass, stir, and top off with ice.

Lemonade
Makes 4 drinks - Recipe can be halved or doubled.

1 lemon
2 cups water
1 cup sugar
4 whole allspice
4 whole cloves
1 cinnamon stick
1 tablespoon chopped crystallized ginger
Pinch grated nutmeg
1 cup fresh lemon juice (about 8 lemons)
1 cup club soda OR seltzer water, chilled
Mint sprigs, for garnish (optional)

Remove rind in pieces from lemon with swivel-bladed vegetable peeler; avoid any bitter white pith.

Combine water, sugar, lemon rind, allspice, cloves, cinnamon stick, crystallized ginger and nutmeg in small saucepan. Bring to simmering; simmer, covered, for 20 minutes. Strain into pitcher and chill; discard solids.

To serve, stir in lemon juice and club soda. Serve over crushed ice. Garnish with mint sprigs, if you wish.

Any cocktail is a good cocktail ~ my personal favorite is still a Marguerita, or a frozen Marguerita (if it's a really hot day...)
