To let go and let God means to not worry about things instead give them to God. I stuggle with this and God showed me that whenever I give all things to Him that things are easier.

"Letting go" requires and signifies the acceptance of your not being able to fix it. In a word, humility.
"Letting God" means believing in the unseen, believing that it will work out. It's the exercising of your faith.

People say this often in times of mourning or tradgedy. When someone is very ill and a family is very apprehensive about his/her recovery, one may say to let go and let God. Let go of you apprehension and let God carry out His plans.

It means giving up everything or surrendering everything to God whatever the situation is and let God take care of it....... putting all the trust in Him.......

To let go of your problems, sadness, worries to God because he can handle it.
How? Well, you have to pray to Him and let Him know that you can't handle it and need is help. Read the Bible because it comforts you and give you encouragement. (Read Psalms). Then continue to live your life.

A majority of things in life are out of our conrol, we have to trust that God is in control of all things and we must trust that he knows what he is doing.
Giving to God says that you have no control over things in life, and you are trusting him to make things better.
