At the moment it's definitely Mirko "Cro Cop" Filipovic. There are several others excellent kickboxers nowdays like Ernesto Hoost, Ray Sefo, Semmy Schilt, Peter Aerts, Jerome LeBanner, Remy Bonjaski, Mark Hunt and so on but Mirko is in my opinion the best there is. He has perfect technique, awesome knockout power, excellent boxing skills and that lethal weapon - left high kick and when he is on top of his game nobody can stop him.

But if you're asking generally over the last 10 -15 years or so I think that title goes to one of three legendary Dutch kickboxers - Ramon Dekkers, Ernesto Hoost and Peter Aerts.

First Ramon "The Diamond" Dekkers the legendary welterweight muay thai kickboxer that made a name for him self competing mostly in Thailand. Known for his aggressive and attacking style he was 8 times world thai-kickboxing champion and one of the greatest fighters of his generation.

Then "Mr. Perfect" Ernesto Hoost, 4 time K-1 champion and maybe even the greatest kickboxer of all times who has throughout his career fought and beaten almost every major fighter in his weight class.

And last but certainly not the least "The Dutch Lumberjack" Peter Aerts, along side Ernesto Hoost the greatest K-1 legend and the 3 time K-1 champion best known for his perfect technique and most of all crushing roundhouse kicks that got him many KO victories. He is the only man that competed in all 13 K-1 GP tournaments and he remained a top level kickboxer up to this day.

buakaw Purmak. He defeated a very talented fighter then a decent fighter then a former champion in one night. He didn't even seems that tired at all and was ready to go another round.

Last year he defeated a dangerous fighter (Can't remeber who) then a former champ with broken ankle. He should have won the last fight but the decision was a rip off and went to other guy.

He have never been knocked out. He also knocked out a very dangerous fighter with a punch to body. buakaw is mainly a kicker and knee type of guy, not a puncher. His kicks are sickly fast and his clinch strenghtness put pretty much any fighter of his weight to shame.

Other great kick boxer of recent time include:

Mirko Cro Cop, and Alexey Ignashov.

However I'm waiting to see someone of young Aerts Peter or Hoost Ernsto caliber. Also Cikatic isn't someone to underestimate, at 53 or 54, he is still a very dangerous fighter for his age. I wish he was younger when K-1 was around, he probably would have Aerts and Hoost for breakfast.
