Sure Noah got 2 giraffes in the boat. They were little ones so they'd fit easier. Duh.
Also, Noah didn't need to get 2 of every "species" on the boat, he needed to get 2 of every "kind" on the boat--which meant he didn't need to get hyenas, coyotes, wolves, spaniels, etc... Noah just needed to get to dogs on the boat.
There would have been plenty of room to fit 2 of every kind on Noah's Ark, and still leave room for food storage and ability to move around and be comfortable.
By the way, the boat wasn't "rickety" either, it was made of sturdy wood and was manufactured recently before the flood so it was in good shape.
Please consider your words before asking harsh questions.

Well the Bible isn't complete fact but it also isn't complet fiction. Yeah there were massive floods in biblical times and religions from all around the world have recorded it. So to completely rule out the flood thing is a little outrageous. I'm not saying Noah brought all the animals with him and I'm not saying he didn't just that the story does have it's roots in proven history.

here is my question to you.
Could in this day of age a group of over 12 people collaborate to right a book which will be able to accuratly predict almost all life experiances we will come to ecounter? Such as love, lust, sex, murder. Basically all ethical issues we have faced? And could it be done with such accuracy that so many people follow it to the word.. AND WOULD ALL OF THE PEOPLE NOT HAVE TAKEN CREDIT FOR MAKING THE GREAT BOOK?
Second, if you dont' think that could happen now why on Gods green earth would you think they could do it over 2,000 years ago when most people couldn't even read?
If the bible is just a book written by people its the most elaborit book of all time created by the most insightful and un-selfish people in the worlds history!

Sorry, while you are correct that not everything in the Bible is fact (You know, poems, parables, etc are not fact), the Bible is the inspired word of God and is good for all instruction. Oh, and the creation story, flood, etc. ARE facts.
In reference to the Ark, you should look at the size of the thing. It took 100 years to build. Also, it makes sense if you think of Noah taking just each created kind not species. Instead of taking hundreds of different types of dogs/wolves, he could have just taken one pair of wolves that were the ancestors of all modern dogs and wolves.

I want to know...exactly what did Noah FEED these animals...if lions and tigers and bears are meat eaters, etc...where did the meat come from? He cut up enough meat to last for 40 days and 40 nights and kept it refrigerated to keep it from spoiling, when they didn't even have refrigeration? Or did the meat eaters just decide they were lucky to have been chosen, so they gave in and ate straw like the rest of the animals....and where did he put all their crap and urine...did the animals conveniently pee and crap in buckets for easy disposal of their waste products? These are the types of questions that keep me awake at night...lol (only kidding about that.)

Sorry but the Word of God has been challenged by far greater than you for a long long time and still remains a faithful word. The attacks against it and its defense is a powerful evidence of its integrity.
