Long term relationships are usually very hard to get over in a short time. Try to keep yourself as involved in work, friends, new hobbies and other family as possible. Now is the time to try some things you never thought you would have time for. Try a new sport, join a dance or painting class, travel, garden, join a church, learn a musical instrument, volunteer. In other words, do things that keep your mind off of the past and to on you and your new life. I Wish You the Best.

Break-ups are very hard. You definetly dont want to have a rebound relationship with the first girl you meet.Rebounds uaually end with a break-up too.Find things you like to do to occupy your mind for awile, take on some new hobbies that you havent tried yet.Of course this wont help with the pain, but it will help with you not staying at home pining away for your ex-love.Good luck,God bless.

i have realized that once coping with relationships, throw information and reasoning out the window. each courting is diverse and by no skill something will practice you. The unpredicted continually takes position. you need to holiday the waves and need you're not any more getting thrown off the boat. for sure people say experience grants information of what to do and what no longer to do yet no difficulty is an same so that you bypass into each courting blinded through emotions and thoughts.

i broke up with my boyfriend of 4 years. i stood up, went to a parlor and had a haircut, bought nice clothes and enrolled in graduate school. i bought an adorable puppy and travelled. it has been 6 years and i am absolutely happy, with a masters degree to boot.it will take time but you will heal. do something productive, get a hobby or talk to friends. allow yourself to feel the hurt but do not let it overpower you. it only takes a positive outlook in life

try not to dwell on it and go out and ejoy yourself with your friends. if you were the one that was rejected you will probably feel anger after the hurt eases down then you will be able to move on.
