is it possible to translate text messageing from the phone bill into something i can read?

I have 2 phone numbersin my name and when i recieve the bill and my second number is showing text messaging and how many and who to but not the actual message how can i retrieve that?

Start by telling the phone company about the issue.
And then, get friends to call, etc.
