YOu will simply have to go to different general contractors and get estimates according to the plans you ahve for your particular addition... because sf isn't the only factor in determining cost of an addition. Besides, one GC might charge less per hour in labor than another.

What's important is getting good referrals.. I CAN tell you that there is a fabulous GC in Glendale called Warner Constructors. You should contact them.... they are on the higher end, but at least with an estimate from them, you would know what the higher end of the job would cost... that way you could compare it with other estimates and know if someone else was trying to rip you off.
