First find out which airline it was.
Then you'll be able to search for flights like that. Usually the same flights run every day so if you search one leaving Accra today and arriving tomorrow, it should be the same as yesterday. Chances are it will be arriving soon, if it was an overnight flight.

Do you know which airline? I know North American air which flies into JFK has tracking online; they depart Accra on Sundays at noon. Not sure about any of the others. There is definately no direct flight to Indianapolis so depends on where the connection is, too.

Try Flight Arrivals' website. You can search by destination airport (but only within 6hrs of current time) and you can "follow" the flight's progress inbound.
