My aunt has 2 cute females, the older one is from british blood and the younger one has french blood. The british one has drooping eyes where the french one hasn't. can u tell me what & how is it caused?

Some breeds are prone to that. It is technically called Ectropian, when the eye lid hangs down. Entropian is when the eye lid turns in. Breeds like Saints,Newfies,Mastiffs.....are all prone to these problems. It IS a fault, but usually Ectropian doesn't cause the dog much problem. You must watch for any debris that can get in the lid, but otherwise it doesn't cause a problem. It does detract from the beauty of the dog's expression, which is why it is a fault.

Go to the AKC site & read the breed standard. More/looser skin has nothing to do w/the(supposed)country of origin. There are always slight variations,even amongst purebreds. They're not punched out w/cookie-cutters. That's what shows are for.

You also said "older"...think about that ;-)
