I think there are a lot of stuff written on the history of Ethiopian Orthodox church. but i sugest a book titled Ethiopis written by I do not remeber but for me it is a very facinating book.

Well there is a wealth of information on the Ethiopian Orthodox church. One neat this is it is one of the most ancient and reverant of all the orthodox churches & even at one time had control of the ark of the covenant.
