my favourite was spam fritters with chip and mushy peas for desert Mandarin yogurt
Least favourite was salad day -
My favourite moment when my best friend was asked to eat his carrots and then threw the plate in the headmaster face and gave him a black eye which he had for two weeks :)

Well, I went to boarding school so had to eat 3 school meals a day! Don't you all feel sorry for me now! One school I went to had "mashed potato" every day which was actually Smash (YUCK!), but for someone who can't stand cheese the worst meals had to be macaroni cheese and cauliflower cheese. These were often on the Supper menu when we had no other alternative so I had to starve for the evening (and get told off for not eating!)! My favourite I think had to be Vege Pancake rolls (another supper favourite) or chicken fried rice, mushroom crepes, ooh roast dinner!

Something the youngest cook invented called 'cheese and fish yum-yums', which were rather tasty cheesy fish cakes. Liked those...
VS
The most vile sludgy, slimy, tasteless, nauseating rice pudding with a small dollop of what could have been strawberry jam in the middle (though a close tie with spotted dick and custard - you could have used the custard skin as a chamois leather and the pudding part was always so dry you could bounce it round your mouth for an hour and you'd still end up with a small ball of hard, floury pap. *shudders*)
And my mates all had packed lunches! :P

Yuk! When I was in school I used to love when they served rice with gravy and chicken pieces poured all over the rice. They used to serve pizza on Fridays and that was nice. In high school they made these really good submarine sandwiches too. I can't remember the worst...I usually only remember good stuff.

Looking back.....my favorite was mashed potatoes with turkey and gravy. I also liked the grilled cheese with tomato soup. The worst was the tuna boat. It was a long roll stuffed with this nasty tuna, and then a triangle of cheese was put on the top so it looked like a boat.

Favourite was macaroni cheese.
Least favourite was half-cooked sausages, lumpy mash and slightly warm tinned plum tomatoes!
Kids these days don't know they're born!

In infants and juniors my worst was rice pudding. It still makes me sick. In fact, that's what it tasted like.
My best was in high school. They used to do a blackberry and apple merangue and it was still warm when served. It was absolutely delicious.
