In PhotoShop How Can I select(cut) one Image and mix to other?

Question

I want to select one Person from Image and Mix to another.
How Can I get it clearly. Normaly when we crop it's Shaking..
So please advice it actual way

1 open the Picture you want to cut & Paste
2 use Lasso tool and cut around the person or persons
3 once you finish then EDIT copy
4 open the picture you want to paste on.
5 EDIT paste the cut out & position the cut out.
6 here you can use background as your picture.

when you use LASSO TOOL SET SENSIVITY TO HIGH AS POSIABLE

i think u have to make a duplicate layer of the picture. i remember cannot crop the background . so u crop the duplicated copy instead.
u can use a magnetic lasso tool to outline the person u want to crop, then crop him out. magnetic lasso is a good tool to crop a odd shape object. then feather and touch up as u wish...

then open the other image , drag the cropped person to the image u want him to appear on.

if u r using photoshop CS i will tell u how to get a gud crop

open the image..
dupliclate the layer...
goto filters>extract (or press ALT+CTrL+ x)
a new widow will open ...with ur pic n some tools..
click on the brush..and paint on the edges of ur pic( if u want to cut a object/shape from it..then paint around tat object..)
and then take the fill tool (shown by the bucket icon) and fill the object u have traced..
click ok!

tats it u will get a cool image with smooth n nice edges!
