The quickest way is to cut out red meats, starches, breads, sugars, alcohal, and sodas.

Eat veggies (salads are good), soups, and drink TONS of water. If you get hungry between a meal, drink water to fill up.

In moderation eat white meats, and fruits (fruits contain natural sugars, and that can put on weight)

Practice portion control. Yes, you'll feel hungry at first, but think of your goal, and soon your stomach will start shrinking and you won't have that feeling anymore.

Eat 5 times a day. A small breakfast. A mid-morning snack, such as an apple. A small lunch. A mid-afternoon snack, such as carrots. A lite dinner. Do not eat any later than 7pm (6pm is better.)

Go exercise for at least an hour a day, incorporating weight training. Weight training builds muscle. Muscle burns fat. You get the idea. It also gives tone and definition.

The correct way to burn fat and stay healthy is to burn more calories than you consume
You need to make sure you are eating healthy foods while still excercising
If you have a big appetite drink plenty of water so that you will feel full but not consume calories
But you should always eat
If you start to skip meals you will only be more hungry at your next meal and probably eat way too much
Remember, the average persons stomach is as big as a slice of pizza scrunched up into a ball
So you shouldnt be putting more food into your stomach than what fits
Also, it takes aproximately 15-20 minutes for your brain to realize that you are full
so eat slower and you will realize sooner when you are not hungry anymore

Yes , Drink tooooo much water , try not to eat the food stuffes whch have bad oil , Be fast on 3 days in the week.
Go to swiming pools and swim for 3 hours for 2 days in week , Find a good place for running and run in it. Dont forget :
Dont eat dinner most of times.
And eat or drink dairy .

Fasting! I fast twice a week, from 5AM to 5PM then drink lots of water after you break. Usually I fast on Monday & Thursday.
It might be a bit difficult when you start it, but it's worth the result

only eat large meals in the morning and smaller throughout the day this will help because u will burn off all u eat through the day in stead of storing it if u eat late and drink lots of ice cold water ur body will burn more callories digesting it than it actually has as well as plenty of exercise

Go on the all eat soup diet. but its not healthy to loose weight so quickly cause then they just come back again. And remember to practise alot.

work out, eat healthy. pretty simple but it works. dont try any fad diets, like the atkins, you'll lose weight fast but gain it back even faster. everyone i know thats tried that diet (i'm personally against the very thought of the atkins diet) lost a ton of weight quickly, but gained all of it back and even more, so dont bother with it.

The best advise any medical practitioner will give you is a sensable diet and regular exercise. Remember, you didn't put it all on over night and you won't take it off over night. There are no magic pills.

I don't know about losing weight..... fast, but in the holistic realm, they claim that................ 'a cup of hot water with 2 tsps of honey and 1/4 tsp of cinnamon.'..........taken in the morning before breakfast and and night before bed will aid in the reduction of fat absorption.
