Not true. Jupiter and Neptune have rings as well.
The rings are slowing corroding away from the planets. Both the rings around Jupiter and Neptune are so old that only a thin layer is left. In fact, Neptune only has ringlets left. In time to come, all their rings will disappear and fallback to the planets.

That is not true. All the gas giants have rings. The saturnian rings are the most impressive, and the only ones you can see through a backyard telescope from earth, but Uranus as well as Neptune and Jupiter also have rings.
The rings are made of debrie of various size swirling around the planets. Jupiter's rings, for example are made from very fine dust partcicles, so they are only visible from (relatively) close up and when the light hits them from a certain angle.

i think they are the only planets with the freak innocents of a meteor hitting it and the debree fly out enough to be a satellite of the planet but not to far for it to fly out into space.
