Today, it might be a bit more difficult because people tend to be more superficial and fall into 'temptations' or think that it's not worth having such a type of relationship. in my experience they do not last.. people tend to grow.. and when there away from each other they will grow in different directions.. that and there are other people that they are growing with that are closer.. Long distant relationships are hard and often times very expensive....
