not neccissarily. my friend had that same problem and she got all freaked out but then she had a full period a month later. though it is still possible. alot of cases are that you are impregnated but still have 1 or 2 periods, i even know of someone who had 4 befor finding out, you body still will go through a similar menstral cycle but it is a different one and it is always good to get a pregnancy test
