Even if you could get 6.0 X 10 ^8 people to jump at the exact same moment, which I doubt, Geographically there distribution would be fairly random, and therefore any forces they exerted would sort of cancel one another out, not to mention the fact that there mass would still be really really small compared to that of the Earth (6.0 X 10 ^ 24 Kilograms) so I don't think we have anything to worry about.

Even if all the species in the WORLD jump up all at once it will not make a difference.
Know if you get to 600 mil people, put them in a big net, take them out of orbit and shoot them back towards the earth, than you may see some shaking and a nice red cradle.

Nothing of that sort will happen. Even if entire human population on earth start running in one direction simultaneously, the opposite force (reaction) that earth would suffer will be something like what you experience when a fly sitting on your nose flies off!
