I am 6'3" 324 currently, I started at 338 two weeks ago so Im off to a great start. I am gonna be exercising in my pool twice a day for 45 minutes -1 hour each time. I have cut out all cokes,chips,candy,cookies and fast food. I have replace those with fat free yogurt and fresh fruit. Is this an attainable goal or am I shooting too high?

I am currently doing the weight watchers program.. and have been told that loosing one pound to three pounds a week is a healthy weight loss.. So yes 100 pounds in 52 weeks, one year is realistic.. In the 8 weeks I have been doing weight watchers I have lost over 30 pounds.. I started out at 347...

Well, the reason you have lost so much weight already is because of water weight mostly, but you have been burning more calories than ever and eating less junk, so your total calories minus exercise is less than ever. You should be losing no more than 2 pounds a week, but in your case, I guess it is normal to lose that much that quickly if you have been working at it. You will stop losing as quickly soon, but I see no reason why you can't lose 100 pounds in a year. say you lose 10 pounds a week, and 10 times 12 is 120. but...remember, you will hit a plateau where you will slow down, you sound like you have a good plan there. Well it is atainable, youll probably have your ups and downs but you are off to a great start with your diet changes! For loosing weight also make sure your body gets enough rest at night studies show people who get 5 hours or less sleep at night usually have a little more weight. Dont be too unhappy if you fall a little short of your goal just keep at it.

i think you could probably reach your goal if you stick with your plan. You might also want to go for a 30-60 minute walk each day to help you reach your goal.
A FEW THINGS TO REMEMBER:
The correct way to burn fat and stay healthy is to burn more calories than you consume
You need to make sure you are eating healthy foods while still excercising
If you have a big appetite drink plenty of water so that you will feel full but not consume calories
But you should always eat
If you start to skip meals you will only be more hungry at your next meal and probably eat way too much
Remember, the average persons stomach is as big as a slice of pizza scrunched up into a ball
So you shouldnt be putting more food into your stomach than what fits
Also, it takes aproximately 15-20 minutes for your brain to realize that you are full
so eat slower and you will realize sooner when you are not hungry anymore
