dehydration , drink loads of water before you sleep or leave a bottle of it next to the bed, then you won't wake up like that

Drinking alcohol causes dehydration. Eyes like to stay moist. Dry eyes are sore red ones! Plus, it could be just plain irritation from a night spent in a smokey pub.

Not only does drinking alcohol cause dehydration which will dry your eyes also and cause more feelings of irritation in them, but alcohol causes your red blood vessels to rise to the surface of the skin which is easily noticible in the eyes.

Your eyes are sore and red the nxt day due to your beer goggles... just make sure nothing else is in that state ( check now )

you ARE dehydrated AND alcohol is a poison. Really. I'm not trying to make an analogy. It destroys brain cells.

Because alcohol's dehydrating. Your body is made up of mostly water including your eyes.

Also, if you were around alot of smoking and you're not normally, that'd add to it.

dehydration and where alcohol is a supressant more toxins pass through the liver when your drunk, thus crap in your system the next day

Perhaps your a sloppy drinker and you splash most of it in your face, thereby infecting your eyes.......or perhaps you are a very nervous drinker or you have a palsy of some discription..... maybe you should visit your Doctor to reassure yourself that this is`nt the case........Cheers, bottoms up but please dont fart at the same time.........
