I only work part time -- I start a full time job in the Fall. I've gained about 20 pounds since I graduated college six months ago and haven't been so busy (I had been taking 20 units of classes and working 20 hours a week on top of it). Now I'm working less hours and don't go to school at all. I think I'm just sitting around at home more and I eat. For me it's a good thing though because I've always been on the thin side.

That is the reason you are getting wight because you don't like to move,best is make your routine and start doing exercise,and make your self more active,and eat less but must eat in time and drink a lot of water and must take profanely help don't wast time only in think,live laziness behind in your in bad.

just be relax every time
stop smoking
stop drink coffee
stop drink alcohol
minimize to consume eggs or meat,
eat fish, consume fish which have scale
eat many tomatoes
eat many cucumbers
eat much green vegetables
drink mininum 1,5 - 2 litres water a day

We eat to get the energy for day today activities.
The energy is stored in our body as Carbohydrates, sugars, or Fats.
We need this mechanism to cater to our need of getting energy when we need it and not much while sleeping.
