Don't listen to these people, besides eating & drinking, the next thing is negative answers, which most of them just sit and wait for a ??? like yours.
Ask them "how many became members of your religious organization?" last year.
Last year 2005, 247,631, became Jehovah's Witnesses and everyone of these had to change their minds pertaining to the false teachings that they had been taught, these were people that used their own Bible, King James, etc., 28,384 were from the United States.
Ask them "how many buildings to worship in did you build last year?
During the service year, 2,340 Kingdom Halls were completed around the world. This represents an average of 195 halls per month, or just over 6 per day! Since November 1999 when the construction program in lands with limited resources began, 7,730 Kingdom Halls have been built. In many areas, once a hall is finished, meeting attendance soars and halls are soon filled to capacity.
By the way "lightblue 100" most of what he says is "untrue" "lie" this person just hates Jehovah's Witnesses, which he has a right to do so, or he is one of many "disfellowshipped" who have nothing better to do, but to talk in a negative way and why?
Some of the offenses that could merit disfellowshipping from the Christian congregation are fornication, adultery, homosexuality, greed, extortion, thievery, lying, drunkenness, reviling, spiritism, murder, idolatry, apostasy, and the causing of divisions in the congregation.
Believe me, the best thing to happen in your lifetime is this: Become a Jehovah's Witness and have a future, which they do not, remember what King David said in chapter 37 of Psalms
9 For evildoers themselves will be cut off,
But those hoping in Jehovah are the ones that will possess the earth.
11 But the meek ones themselves will possess the earth,
And they will indeed find their exquisite delight in the abundance of peace.
22 For those being blessed by him will themselves possess the earth,
But those upon whom evil is called by him will be cut off.
29 The righteous themselves will possess the earth,
And they will reside forever upon it.
34 Hope in Jehovah and keep his way,
And he will exalt you to take possession of the earth.
When the wicked ones are cut off, you will see [it].
40 And Jehovah will help them and provide them with escape.
He will provide them with escape from wicked people and save them,
Because they have taken refuge in him.

If you havent married in 7 years I dont think he has much of a fair judgement. Stay away from the witnesses for a while then come back and see if you still have the same feelings... remember sometimes churches can be like relationships, someone can sweet talk you out of your pants but that doesnt mean its love

It seems that the boyfriend is not a Jehovah's Witness. Is he just unenthusiastic or is he actively opposed to true worship? Once a person has recognized bible truth, she cannot deny what she has learned.
(2 Timothy 2:3,7,12,13) As a fine soldier of Christ Jesus take your part in suffering evil. ...the Lord will really give you discernment in all things. ...if we deny, he also will deny us; if we are unfaithful, he remains faithful, for he cannot deny himself.
(1 John 2:21-23) I write you, not because you do not know the truth, but because you know it, and because no lie originates with the truth. Who is the liar if it is not the one that denies that Jesus is the Christ? ...Everyone that denies the Son does not have the Father either. He that confesses the Son has the Father also.
So what do the Scriptures plainly teach about pursuing a marriage with a confirmed unbeliever?
(2 Corinthians 6:14) Do not become unevenly yoked with unbelievers
(Deuteronomy 7:3) And you must form no marriage alliance with them [false worshippers]. Your daughter you must not give to his son, and his daughter you must not take for your son.
(1 Kings 11:4) And it came about in the time of Solomon’s growing old that his wives themselves had inclined his heart to follow other gods; and his heart did not prove to be complete with Jehovah his God like the heart of David his father.
(1 Corinthians 7:39) She is free to be married to whom she wants, only in the Lord.

Maybe you should spend some time studying the Bible together and learning what other groups teach as well. The JW's are not a part of the mainstream Christian faith. They have a number of strange/bizarre beliefs that are inconsistent with the Bible and tradition...as most cult groups do.

JW's are creepy and annoying that's why he's against it. Besides their religion is based on worshipping Yaweh a secret sacred name for God. Back in the day He only let like 3 men know it and made them promise never to reveal it to anyone. Well one guy did and now they worship the name.
