I wouldn't go as far as saying thousands, I think the immigration problem is getting out of hand though.
It seems the government is more concerned with the human rights of illegals, criminals and terrorists which is wrong.
The only way to change it is for people to go out and vote for another party, the reason labour are still in power is because people couldn't give a s h i t when it came to voting and stayed at home.
Apathy won labours last two elections, not the majority support of british citizens.

Unfortunately politicians particularly those associated with the law have no idea of what is going on in the world tkae a brief look sat the fsilures.. NHs education, groundnut scheme eggs in africas, Ncb british rail Steel industry all nationalised industries law and order the list is endless yet people still vote for them on promises of more money

I think you'll find that the vast majority of refugees are law abiding citizens who are grateful that a country cares enough to help them out of their desparate situation. I think it would be funny if all Daily Mail readers (I presume you're one of them) got their wish and had all 'immigrants' sent 'back home' - they would soon see who actually does the work in this country! Which lazy, fat white trash would work in the hospitals, wiping the arses of the middle classes? Who would clean the streets or do any of the jobs that the unemployed refuse to do? I also object to the statement that all Muslims are terrorists - they are not - it's just the small minded fanatical minority who abuse their religion (just like Christian fundamentalists and Jewis zionists) which create hate and misunderstanding amongst others. Most people just want to live their own lives and contribute to society.

my dear, muslims are not terrorists , there are 1.2 billion muslim around the world and so islam is the second religion in the world and the fastest spreading one all over the world, so u should respect islam.
but what do you think an iraqian muslim will do when the british soldiers prisoned him, stolen his house ,raped his wife, killed his children and destroyed his country,it is logic that he will do anything for revenge and muslims all over the world will be angry for him expressing their anger at different levels from words by moderates upto violent resistance by extremists.although violence against citizens is absolutly forbidden by islam (any group of people contain moderates representing the majority and extremists as minority)
so the problem is why blair invades the islamic countries and the BLIND support of israil to kill palistanians, which made UK hated by 1.2 billion muslims.
ofcourse i'm not with terror, but we should search for the cause.

Because for a long time, UK had a strong tradition of tolerance : islamists were welcomed and could do whatever they wanted as long as they didn't undertake any violent action on the UK soil. 9/11 and last year's bombings in London caused the British government to make radical changes about this.
