No good answers so far. But I did call ford motor company and explained the problem. There is a recall on these mounts but not to my vehicle. But ford called my local dealer and told them how to get credit for replacing the parts even though the recall was not to my VIN number. I guess we will see if they honor it.

Its a spacial kit comes with a diagram you have pick up the carpet on both the driver and the passenger sides, you need a two and quarter inch hole saw drill a hole directly under the brake pedal and about the same spot on the passenger side floor ,the nuts to hold the revised sub frame bolts are thicker ,you cant change the bolts alone.the problem was the nuts were rusting out.after you drill the holes
and install the new nuts ,you install the rubber plugs supplied with the kit to cover the holes.and reinstall the carpet they give you about 20 mu-nits to complete.

try a good used auto part,s place,,they usually have a good supply of part,s in stock,,this should be a easy part to come across,I'm sure if you look around you,ll find exactly what you need for it,,hope this helps.
