Sure I did. This morning in my prayers I asked the Lord to make me more like Jesus. So when I was at work, almost every time I would get started concentrating on what I was doing and trying to finally get caught up on a backlog of work that I've been trying to clear out since I left town for training last month, someone would come into my office and need help or the phone would ring with someone needing help.

So I had to constantly submit my will to the Fathers and hold any anger or frustration in check and be patient and kind and loving when my natural man didn't feel one bit like doing those things. :o)

That's known as the Lord putting you in the gymnasium.

1 Timothy 4:7 But refuse profane and old wives' fables, and exercise (gumnázō) thyself rather unto godliness. 8 For bodily exercise profiteth little: but godliness is profitable unto all things, having promise of the life that now is, and of that which is to come.

gumnázō - To train naked, as the Greek athletes. Generally to exercise, train. Thus gumnásion, gymnasium, is a place of exercising.

Today is just a passage in time that I used to study things I've learned in the past so I could better prepare myself with the wisdom and knowledge that will be necessary to build upon my faith and worship of God Almighty and his son Jesus Christ and to teach those who would listen.

There is spiritual growth all around us, in everything that we see and do. Many don't believe it but will go out of their way to make time to cause others to fall from their faith and belief of God and of such I say...be not discouraged nor hate them because it is not them that does this but that spirit behind them that influence their entire being.
I have heard this said many times before that the greatest trick the devil ever pulled off was to make societies believe that he does not exist. But I know he pulled off another big trick where he took on the form of God and did much evil to the world and simply stepped back into the shadows to make the world believe that God has done evil to the people of this earth.
According to IKing 19:11 & 12, God shows Elijah his prophet that he does not move in the form of natural disasters and not forgetting in Genesis chapter 9 where God promised Noah never to flood the entire earth again and set his bow in the clouds as a token of his promise.... but what is the first thing people say when trying to place blame on a natural disaster..... Why did God do this? or allow this to happen? It is sad that the world believes that it is God that is destroying them when it is the devil in disguise as God.

There is so much spiritual knowledge and I wish I could share it here, but I believe there is not enough space in this question column...lol. Spiritual knowledge like.... Why was man created? What is the true meaning of Love? How did Christ die? no, not the romans or jews. Why did Christ come to rescue us? but then maybe you already know all this, in which case I would say share it too. if not...you could probably email me and I pray that God bless all those in search with wisdom, knowledge and understanding in everything. God Bless.

How can you not believe in spiritual growth , its the growth of your spirit stupid or dont you think it grows. I wish I could point out an example of some by saying this is how I grew today, but unless realizing another friend is as fake as the rest is growth I dont think I did. especially spiritually.

Oh i love that question. My neighbor lost her long bout with cancer. She layed for months waiting to die. She has 2 teenage children that have to face the most difficult time in life without their nurturing mother. Made me appreciate life and realize my problems aren't really problems at all compared to some, and this world is a temporary journey but what we do in it will determine our eternity.

Also in the newspaper I read about a bf slaughtering his ex girlfriend and 4 children. People worry about things like is Sunday really the first day of the week and did Moses receive the ten commandments on a mountain or in a valley. There are so many people who need help out there and we need to spend our time focusing on helping others. feed a poor person, encourage the downtrodden, help a child in need, whatever you can think of. I believe this is what God cares about

YES! It can be called a sweet victory for me... it is going thorugh calvary - thorugh the difficulties & pains (dying for Him). Countless drop of tears fell and tremendous pain was felt, indeed! But, I can never be made better and stronger if not through such! Praise Him!

WORRY/FEAR

"I must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer. Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration. I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over me and through me. And when it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to its path. Where the fear has gone there will be nothing. Only I will remain." -- Frank Herbert Dune

"Do not give any time to your past, you can't change what happened 5 minutes ago." -- Jan Ruhe

"The only thing we have to fear is fear itself – nameless, unreasoning, unjustified terror which paralyzes needed efforts to convert retreat into advance." -- Martin Luther

"Fear of failure or success is one and the same. Both are fear of exposure. Not of our strengths, but of our weaknesses." -- Kevin W. McCarthy

I had a dream about a portal last night and this morning I thought about the ramifications. I concluded that it was the key to my imagination.
