the feeling i have inside me, its a mixture of depression, anger, hate, im upset and i dont really know what to do about anything... any suggestions would help

This sounds strange, but do it. Sit on your local bus, or any traffic, or in front of a window. Listen to some romantic music and watch the raindrops. Have some dark dark chocolate and think of the person you love. That helps!

The moon is new today. You should consider if your biology is in phase with the moon and if it's a cycle of hormones that is affecting you. If that's true then the feeling will go away in few days.
St. John's wort is good way to smooth out moderate depression and minimize upset or anxiety, but it also takes a few days to be affective.
