can u giv me a list for what they mainly serve

Beer - lager, bitter, stout, Guiness
Cider - usually Strongbow but more pubs are starting to sell proper cider now : )
Spirits - Archers, Bacardi, Vodka, JD, Whiskey, Port Gin, Martini
Soft drinks - Coca Cola, lemonade, fruit juices
Some sell alcoholic and non-alcoholic cocktails too.
Some serve tea and coffee, many serve meals and there are always snacks (peanuts, pork scratchings and crisps).

Alcohol is a universal party-liquid.
The English do like a pint (of beer, bitter or cider)
Then there are also the alcopops - Smirnoff Ice, Bacardi Breezers, Reef, Wkd etc...
The usual spirit suspects - Gin, vodka, whisky etc...
The only difference is that they cost a lot more than most of the rest of Europe.....which makes them taste even better.

Much like the American ones. Some of the beers will be aa bit different, but things like lager are world classics. There's also bourben, but the English are more likely to drink Gin and Tonic. Or just strong lager.
