Parents actually have a lot more experience in life than kids. Kids think they know everything, but parents are just trying to look out for their kids. I wish I had paid better attention to my parents when I was growing up. Lol.

Mom, we're bored can we go pretend to bungee jump off the roof?
NO!!!!!!!! (safety)
Can we have one hundred dollars for a new jersey?
NO!!!! (bills)
Can we have a new cell phone that takes pictures, texts, and cleans your rom when you push a button? Everyone has one!!
NO!!!!! (safety, bills, not everyone has one!)
Can our curfew be eleven?
NO! (nothing good happens outside after nine o'clock.)
YOU ALWAYSSAY NO!!!!!
We say no because we love you and it doesn't take a lot of thinking to know when something is not good for your children. Worry of safety, putting you in undesireable situations, and realizing that their are other commitments...money etc. are the main reasons why parents say no.
