The quickest way is to cut out red meats, starches, breads, sugars, alcohal, and sodas.
Eat veggies (salads are good), soups, and drink TONS of water. If you get hungry between a meal, drink water to fill up.
In moderation eat white meats, and fruits (fruits contain natural sugars, and that can put on weight)
Practice portion control. Yes, you'll feel hungry at first, but think of your goal, and soon your stomach will start shrinking and you won't have that feeling anymore.
Eat 5 times a day. A small breakfast. A mid-morning snack, such as an apple. A small lunch. A mid-afternoon snack, such as carrots. A lite dinner. Do not eat any later than 7pm (6pm is better.)
Go exercise for at least an hour a day, incorporating weight training. Weight training builds muscle. Muscle burns fat. You get the idea. It also gives tone and definition.

you can use this plan but first:
drink 8 glasses of water each day
the plan for 4 days:
each day eat one kind of fruit choose one only from"orange,strawberry,watermelon,peach ,pineapple or apple"
breakfast ,lunch and dinner ,eat as much as u can in each meal but dont eat any thing between them.
if u get hungry eat some cucombers and u can drink coffee or tea with no suger or milk.
after the fifth day eat on the braek fast 2 boiled eggs and slice of bread with skimmed milk 1 cup.
lunch slice of meat or fish with salad with an apple.
dinner 1 cup of low fat yougert and slice of bread.
sixth day repeat the first plan for 4 days
you will lose between 5 to 9 kg

i and many others will probably tell u this isnot the best solution but i guarantee it works keep ur calories to between 500 and 700 a day and do at least that in calorie burning as well as drink lots of water or diet soda i do not take any responsibility for anything that will happen from my advice i am only answering a question

if you decrease to eat you ll malnutrition:
it better you:
just be relax every time
stop smoking
stop drink coffee
stop drink alcohol
minimize to consume eggs or meat,
eat fish, consume fish which have scale
eat many tomatoes
eat many cucumbers
eat much green vegetables
drink mininum 1,5 - 2 litres water a day
do any sport 4 - 5 days a week
and you ll healthier.

It's not impossible. I once lost 20 lbs. in about 10 days. I didn't keep it off, but I did lose it. Eat very little, walk or run daily and drink lots of water or green tea. It's really unhealthy (obviously), but that's how you do it.

A FEW THINGS TO REMEMBER:
The correct way to burn fat and stay healthy is to burn more calories than you consume
You need to make sure you are eating healthy foods while still excercising
If you have a big appetite drink plenty of water so that you will feel full but not consume calories
But you should always eat
If you start to skip meals you will only be more hungry at your next meal and probably eat way too much
Remember, the average persons stomach is as big as a slice of pizza scrunched up into a ball
So you shouldnt be putting more food into your stomach than what fits
Also, it takes aproximately 15-20 minutes for your brain to realize that you are full
so eat slower and you will realize sooner when you are not hungry anymore

eat lotsa RAW GARLIC. that may not reduce ur weight. but people will stay away and from far u wont look that bad !!!
