I'm just trying to put some chlorine in the gene pool people.

*Note* I also realize that killing that many people would leave the world *quite* underpopulated.

because we need to lull them into a sense of security and then use them for covert medical testing.

" *Note* I also realize that killing.....*quite* underpopulated." If I may be so bold as to correct you...the world would not be underpopulated, it would be Un-populated. Every single human being has their own "ruler" that they use to measure themselves and others. Funny thing is that those "rulers" are not universal in measurement, they are adjustable to the likes and dislikes of the persons holding them! What you and others may measure as idiotic and incapacitated may be measured by others with their own rulers as tolerable and lacking. Ok, so on your mark, get set, go......time for every human, including you, to check out at the front desk...times up.

Most of the responses here point out the basic flaw in your proposal. Who decides who's an idiot, you? What qualifies you to make that determination? Are you a doctor? A teacher? Is death the ONLY solution? Do we just go around asking math questions and whoever can't answer, dies?

I think you might wanna rethink this, Herr Hitler.

Legally killing people is not a good idea. Mental defectives were among the people Hitler tried to eliminate but who is going to decide who is defective and where are you going to draw the line?

In Germany they first came for the Communists,
and I didn't speak up because I wasn't a Communist.

Then they came for the trade unionists,
and I didn't speak up because I wasn't a trade unionist.

Then they came for the Catholics,
and I didn't speak up because I was a Protestant.

Then they came for the Jews,
and I didn't speak up because I wasn't a Jew.

Then they came for me —
and by that time no one was left to speak up.

You can't kill them for being stupid. It's not their fault they were born that way. You cannot hold them responsible for that, so it would not be right to punish them for it.

If you are that smart, then you can learn to deal with it. Besides, no matter how smart you are, or you think you are, there will always be somebody that is smarter than you, and they may think that YOU are the idiot! Think about it.

First of all I'm not for killing anybody, genius or idiot. And second, if it were legal as you would like, who would decide, you and I may be the first to go.

While I like your idea, it has some logistical issues. Such as, who determines who is that idiotic? Seems to me, we'd all just end up wiping each other out!

It is not legal because ---you have no right over any others --to give or take life if they have not done nothing against our society---but they should definitely do something to those fools who believe in kings and queens!!!! LOL!!

You wouldn't be asking that question right now, if it was legal. You sound like Hitler.
