I remember someone telling me that it was called what the joker's assistant's name was( the girl who was a Jester in the batman cartoons) babies are born with veins outside their body. It's really weird. I was also reading how the 1st baby that was born with this disease died immediately. All the babies that have been born with veins outside their bodies have died.

not sure. might be icthyosis fetalis, also known as harlequin icthyosis. i saw a picture of one of these unfortunate infants and have had nightmares since. so make sure you really want to know before you look any further into this.
