i can't afford an agent or personal trainer, will running 3 miles a day for three weeks help at all?

The quickest way is to cut out red meats, starches, breads, sugars, alcohal, and sodas.

Eat veggies (salads are good), soups, and drink TONS of water. If you get hungry between a meal, drink water to fill up.

In moderation eat white meats, and fruits (fruits contain natural sugars, and that can put on weight)

Practice portion control. Yes, you'll feel hungry at first, but think of your goal, and soon your stomach will start shrinking and you won't have that feeling anymore.

Eat 5 times a day. A small breakfast. A mid-morning snack, such as an apple. A small lunch. A mid-afternoon snack, such as carrots. A lite dinner. Do not eat any later than 7pm (6pm is better.)

Go exercise for at least an hour a day, incorporating weight training. Weight training builds muscle. Muscle burns fat. You get the idea. It also gives tone and definition.

Oh yes, deffinately! We ran 2 miles every other day and 3 miles on Fridays in AIT and I lost so much weight it was like magic! Run hills as well as flat and it will help to increase you chance of losing more. Wind-Sprints are also fantastic! Basically you jog along at a mild pace then run as fast as you can for a set distance, then continue jogging. Repeat the sprint-jog for 30 minutes to an hour.

Give up fats,sugar and alcohol.Reduce ur salt intake considerably.Take boiled stuff instead of fried.Walk for 45 minutes in the morning and 45 minutes in the evening.U will lose 20 lbs in less than three months.

u need not be that much consious about ur weight just dont eat oily thinks and regular excersice will help u do excersise daily for 30 minutes and u will be fit and fine and check ur weight regulary in about 15-20 days

A FEW THINGS TO REMEMBER:
The correct way to burn fat and stay healthy is to burn more calories than you consume
You need to make sure you are eating healthy foods while still excercising
If you have a big appetite drink plenty of water so that you will feel full but not consume calories
But you should always eat
If you start to skip meals you will only be more hungry at your next meal and probably eat way too much
Remember, the average persons stomach is as big as a slice of pizza scrunched up into a ball
So you shouldnt be putting more food into your stomach than what fits
Also, it takes aproximately 15-20 minutes for your brain to realize that you are full
so eat slower and you will realize sooner when you are not hungry anymore

Start working on acting instead. Last time i checked, there were alot of actors and actresses not of modeling quality, that got where they were on talent, not looks.
