how may sit ups do u do everyday to get the abs..

well right now i'm only capable of ten, guess i'm out of shape and my tummy gets in the way ..hehehehe

I do 3 sets of 85 situps with my hands tucked behind my head and my legs bent. I've done this every night at 11 o'clock for 8 monthes. That's how I get my fantasic abs. hahaha.

(I really do exactly that many, I'm a basketball player)

I don't have abs that show, but if you are going to build abs you need crunches and diet, unless genetics are in your side the you have a problem.
The trick is to loose weight and do crunches.

i have gotten my abs from 9 years of gymnastics...i dont really try to get them, they just came. haha. anyway, i cant answer your question, but also consider doing other forms of ab exercises.

its up to your capcity. but ideal for females is 10-20/day.
