I'm 16 and i'm lookin for some nice girls. Where can I find them? Also, I'm shy, and might get nervous when talking to a girl, but i'll get over it and do it. Once I find these girls, how do i approach them?

a mall>>> the best thing to do is don't waste anytime and jus walk right up to them tell her ur name ask for hers and this is why if she likes u she will tell u > then after she does take a break, relax then start asking her some questions about herself if she starts asking questions about u then u know she likes u!if she dont then jus walk away and remember there are plenty more fish in the sea!be confident don't be shy cause if if ur shy ull spend the rest of ur time wondering what if >if ur confident then u will know> it might not always turn out the way u want it but at least ull know

when i was around that age, i picked a lot up at the mall, but that's where all the materialistic ones hang out, if you want a goody-goody, go to church or the library, school's a good way, but it might end up on the friendship tip, the best is to get a job and meet some at your work, girls that age like someone who doesn't need an allowance. whether it's a co-worker or a customer that's the way to go.

The best place would be at school of course! When it comes to approaching them, get to know them first! Say hi to them and start talking! Just don't creep them out. Be yourself, don't try to impress them--show them your best qualities. And if you notice that a girl is paying particular attention to you, give her the most attention, and ask if her out (dinner, a movie, etc.)
What I meant by "don't try to impress them" is don't try too hard, and don't pretend to be something you're not.

u have a car, if yes( that is the best place) put on a/c and go for drives where u will de disturbed by no one and approach by commenting her dress and move on
