There is no real answer to this question but what I have learned of what love is to me and that is the word LOVE itself holds the answer.......
(L)isten: and Validate them by hearing and empathizing.
(O)verlook: their minor character flaws as they will overlook yours.
(V)alue: who they are and what they mean to you.
(E)xpress: how you love them not just with words but with actions.

12 year olds do know how to Love, comeone that is what mom is there for.
If you are a 12 year old asking the question that is a bit scary. My son is 12.
He thinks about video games and cartoons. Dont grow up too quick you have a long time to think about Love and Commitment to someone besides mom. It is sad that youd even ask that and if you need someone to talk to e-mail me. You can get a girl knocked up. But think about this, do you want to grow up so quick that you cant enjoy your teenage years let alone your young adult years? I was 21 before I had my son and it is hard. If you are that lonely maybe you need a mother figure to talk too. If you was to have sex with some young girl, youd take away her innocence and yours.

No, no, yes. If she's started puberty and so has he, they can make a baby. But they are way too emotionally immature to raise one. A 12 year old isn't even out of childhood yet! Aren't even a teenager, much less an adult! If its you, please wait. I got pregnant at 17, and even then it was hard. If you have a baby now, your parents will have to raise it and you. That is hugely unfair to the baby. So chill, wait till 18, then do what you like. But think about the baby that could result. It deserves an adult parent, not a 12 year old mom and dad. And what if your parents forced you to abort? Could you live with yourself, knowing you had to kill your baby? Those are not decisions I'd EVER want my children to make!!

12? not really at that age most girls (or children) don't know the true meaning of love, even they are mature for their age
can they get pregnant? yes! only if she got her period ( most of them are able to have babies because their mestrual period started at 9 more or less)
if you are 12 and you think you are in love with someone, please be careful and don't think about having sex, not when you are a child and you need to face responsibilities that you can't take. focus in another things , for example school.

no, he needs some experience in order to learn what love is. some of them might know because they've heard of it...
and yes, they can get a girl pregnant (taking into account that the girl is more than 12)

hi i am a woman soon to be 24
first i like to say there is degrees of love to truly be in love i dont think it possible for a 12 year old to know that yet i dont even think a 16 man know that yet you need to research degrees of love it like love as in mom and dad love love as a friend and love as in inmate love and love as christian love i believe i dont know the exact name i know one name is agape love.
now to get a girl pregnant yes i start my cycle when i was 10 and it get to the point girl start that early now so it depend on if the girl is about or has had there monthly cycles

um your other question was about an 8th grade *student* of yours maybe having a crush on you and now you're asking this...it's kind of making me worried about your intentions...and yes a 12 year old can make a girl pregnant, no to the rest.
