Genesis 3:22 And the LORD God said, Behold, the man is become as one of us, to know good and evil: and now, lest he put forth his hand, and take also of the tree of life, and eat, and live for ever:
"Us" is used a few times in the book of Genesis, and denoted back to the mystery of the trinity, in that he would be speaking to Jesus and the Holy Spirit. What it really means, we may not know until we die, or never.

Genesis 3:22. The Lord God says it after Adam and Eve partake of the forbidden fruit.

It's the three person's of the Godhead speaking among themselves.
Matthew 3:16 And Jesus, when he was baptized, went up straightway out of the water: and, lo, the heavens were opened unto him, and he saw the Spirit of God descending like a dove, and lighting upon him: 17 And lo a voice from heaven, saying, This is my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased.
Matthew 28:18 And Jesus came and spake unto them, saying, All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth. 19 Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost:

I believe that this is from Genesis. It is the serpent, in the Garden of Eden, talking to God.
