All of a sudden, I have developed sensitivity to direct sunlight. I develop rashes on my scalp (I am bald), my forehead and other parts of the body (which are covered in clothes) when I am exposed to direct sunlight even for a short duration.

I know I should use sun screen lotion when going out in the sun.

But is there any way I can get back my body’s original immunity / resistance to direct sunlight.

Thanks for your help.

Note that I live in India, a tropical country where there is plenty of sunlight all round the year.
