was in jail for 4 months and i have always been faithful and good to him considering this circumstances does anyone think i'd probably just get a slap on the wrist if i blew his head off i think so how about you guys

Forget him hun... find someone who appreciates you and loves you... There are LOTS of great guys out there that will treat you like a goddess rather than trash !!!
And NO you wouldnt get a slap on the wrist - you would spend years behind bars.

Yeah, I dated a guy in rehab and this happened to me.. He will be back in time.. and you should not be there when he does. You need to find people who are good, decent, honest and not a thug. Too many girls have loser written on their forehead and are magnets for the thugs.. So, just put on a good preppy attitude and know that you deserve better and will not settle for such low lifes.
