I don't know what the maximum is, but I have never had a guy I couldn’t swallow.
It is actually quite easy once you learn how to do it. All it takes is learning to relax your throat, opening your throat, and learning to control your gag-reflex.
That last one just takes practice. The easiest way to learn to control your gag reflex is to practice on a long dildo, after a few days of going down on your toy - a penis is EASY.
It really isn't even much work to learn - it just takes a bit of effort - and I definitely think that the reward is totally worth it.
Any girl can learn to do it if she is willing to try.
