every time I see her I kinda stare at her in her eyes and she stares back for a few seconds, but we never talk. I really loke her and get to kno her but Im shy to some girls...tips from what girls like, or guys that have experienced this

Confidence! Have confidence, man! Don't slap her on the donkey or anything, just be assertive. ASK HER OUT! If she's making eye contact, she's likin' you too.

Sorry, ain't gonna give you tips about what girls like, because not all girls are the same.
Some girls like to rich man, but some prefer simple but good manner man.
One thing you shouldn't do is STARE at a girl's eyes. That's going to scare the sh!t out of her. You should have looked at her, and SMILE. If she smiles back, there's your chance. Strike a conversation with her, like asking how is she, where she's going, and what's her name. If you see her frequently, repeat the above steps and ask for her number.
Never, never, never ever stare at a girl. Remember that, and SMILe bro... smile. That will make the girl you are aiming feel comfortable and will talk to you if you initiate the first move.

The next time you see her, look at her like you always would & when she looks back, show no sign of hesitation, just walk casually & CONFIDENTLY towards her & say, "Hey, 'how you doing?" Just strike up a conversation. Since you say she stares back, I don't see why she won't respond positively. So, if she replies in the positive, then you've got one foot in the door. If negative, then, nothing ventured, nothing gained. Good luck to you, buddy...

I like a guy that's sraight forward. so go talk to her ask her if she likes you ,go on a date it's obvious she likes u so it's not u have to worry about getting rejected. and she's probably waiting for you to approach her. Just be KOOL about it and act like your not nervous. Take my advice after all i am a girl and plenty of guys have asked me out even though i am only 14. and make sure your always on her best friend's good side because if something goes wrong that's who she's going to go talk to. It's just advice takin from personal experience!

buddy its easy. just say Hi, one day. The say hi the next day and introduce yourself. And thats it. TIP...Dont talk too much. Ask her about herself. People like to talk about themselves.
