Well, in the american society we tend to think so, but with were all the events of the bible take place I would have to say he was middle eastern. Ofcourse we don't have any proof of this either way but judging by the timeframe and the area where all the events happened I would say Middle Eastern.

Jesus was a was a Jew,
Mary was a Jew, Joseph was a Jew.
It is common thinking that Mary's Father was a Rabbi because Mary quoted scripture and women usually did not have the same religious training at that time as the men did. However if her Father was a Rabbi she would have learn ed it in the home.
Anyhow read the scriptures and ask how many times things were done in fulfilment of the Jewish law. Also take note that the New Testament if in fulfilment of the scriptures and how many times they quote each other and refer to each other.
Go to Israel sometime and see for yourself. Everything is right there just the way it was explained. You can Believe it or not.
I Believe it.
God Bless You, ;-)

In the movies, Jesus has been played by many different people, it may appear that all movies portrayed him as white, maybe because all those movies were the most successful movies about him. There are movies in white, black, brown, yellow, you name it, you probably will find it.
Was he white! It is hard to tell, but does it matter what color. Isn't who he was and what he taught is more important than how he looked like! I would think people are more effected by his teaching than how he looked like. The first thing that comes to minds when speaking about him, is who is Jesus, not his color.

No, he was born in the Bethlehem, which is in Palestine, from parents who lived in Israel. We have all seen people in the news who are Israeli, they are dark complected, have curly hair and brown eyes. No, there is no possibility that Jesus could have been white. But the artists of the day were all white, that is why he is depicted that way. Artists all incorporate a little of themselves in their work, whether it is a significant amount or just a tiny signature detail.

Well as I understand When Jesus came down to earth he came in the form of a Jew. But now I would say he is every color in the world... because he lives in lots of people ;)

It is time you do some research and yourself a favour by living without the fantasies churned out for the gullible mass by people who are interested in making money especially if you are easily influenced by it. Did they tell that God was white too?

Nobody really knows. There's no reference to the color of His skin...maybe that's the way He wanted it. If Paul found it important to be all things to all men, perhaps Jesus did, too. No color identity, nothing for the unwise people to use against others.
Perhaps He didn't want His color to be the focus, but who He is and what He has to offer...just like the rest of us

Jesus was probably a dark complexioned, frizzy haired big man with muscles and calloused hands. He was a Jewish carpenter at a time when there were no power tools. It was heavy, hard work.
