Did you ever ask yourself, why does it matter so much to have every little hair in place? Do you like yourself or hate yourself? One day, just take a shower, throw on some clothes and go out and do your regular stuff, you'll see it doesn't matter at all, no one cares at all if you are not perfect! You'll be treated exactly the same if your hair is perfect or not! Try it!, you will see, that no one gives a damn, (how you look), it's how you are towards other people that counts! You have to stop being so self absorbed!

I easily have a reflect in my mattress room which I verify after I gown in the morning - a reflect in the lavatory so i'm able to envision after I brush my the teeth... I very infrequently positioned on makeup, and brush my hair first component in the morning - so no longer a lot else alterations in the course of the day to warrant an more advantageous holiday to the reflect...

Take out all the mirrors in your house, put in a closet, face down, keep a small wallet sized mirror up, limit your time to about 10 minutes. It will be harder to see all the spots and hold the mirror so you'll cut down time.
Hope my advice helps!!!

It's a mental problem. Go for a one-time Atlasprofilax treatment. The effect on the self-healing power of your body and mind is amazing - experienced it myself! :-)
Just - the treatment is available in California and Europe only, costing approx. 220 dollars. It's worth travelling far.

this may reflects ego centric behavior, and some narcissism.
you should try to control it,and concentrate on other useful things.
if not ,then you should seek some psychological help.
