I have read that somewhere there is a church that has a relic in a jewel encrusted reliquery that is supposed to be Jesus's foreskin from when he was circumcised on the 8th day after birth as per the Jewish religeous ritual (part of the covenant with YHWY). Does anyone know where this church is? Also is it normal Jewish practice to keep foreskins and if so why?

There was a church in Italy that had the relic and held the feast of the circumcision until 1983 when the relic was stolen, Probably for the valuable jewels on the reliquary that contained it. The thieves probably dumped the foreskin. This is a pity as if it was around today we could get DNA out of it and clone JC then sell him on E-Bay.

The church is in Charroux, France.

The foreskin is not kept. Nobody has the real foreskin of Jesus.

I never heard anything like that.
I would love to know which church had the relic and what miracles were connected with it.
