Lounge bars generally seem more relaxed, the music is quieter and different from what u would find at a normal bar. The lounge bar is filled with more comfortable seating ie. lounges, armchairs etc. Lounge bars are good to relax at and have a good conversation with friends without having to yell over music

A lounge bar is different than a normal bar as it has a relaxed atmosphere and quiet music with comfortable seating arrangements unlike a noisy bar

A lounge bar has a more relaxed atmosphere, relaxing entertainment and food (set up like a cafe) intimate dining. A regular bar usually just has people sitting around drinking and feeling sad.

a lounge by definition is a designated drinking area of a restaurant. a bar is a lounge without the restaurant. easy enough?
