Any material body, to keep upright requires its centre of gravity to be steady on a vertical. It topples otherwise.
Your body is similar to any other. There will be no problem if your centre of gravity is in the same vertical as your spine. But for various reasons it does remain that way. Women have breasts and bottoms which tend to displace the body balance more than men, statically as well as when in motion.
You could only maintain the body balance when in motion when you have strong back muscle - lower as well as upper. If your muscles are week then the spine bears the extra effort for body weight correction, which it is not meant to do, therefore the back ache.
Have a strong spine!!!

I have always been told that women with big breast usually have back pain. So if you have big breast that could be a reason for your back pain.
