There are MANY subtle ways... But most men (if that is who you want to flirt with) wouldn't pick up on them..
You can try naughty double entendres (sp?), then flash a suggestive wink...
There are also certain "tell" that girls use, like twirling hair, or putting their fingers to their teeth... :D
