Researchers continue to study the causes of lung cancer and to search for ways to prevent it. But, about 90% of all lung cancer deaths among women are from smoking. Even though
we know its effects are harmful, 1 out of every 5 women in the U.S. still smokes. We already know that the best way to prevent lung cancer is to quit (or never start) smoking. The soone r a person quits smoking the better. Even if you have been smoking for many years, it's never too late to benefit from quitting

Its a big killer. There are alot of different cancers out there and alot of cures now. We've come a long way in medicine today but lung cancer is one that they have not yet been able to find a cure for.

well it can get u anytime of ur life, even if u dont smoke, and if ur concerned abt dying then thts u should b concerned abt any type of cancer except breast cancer if ur a guy, ne way approximately 1 out of every 3 ppl is gonna be diagnosed with cancer, better watch out those r tough odds to beat

Because it will definately kill you. I watched my Grandmother and Mother die of lung cancer and they suffered horribly! I miss them very dearly.

Is one of the most painful and worse type of cancer you can get. Slow death, pain every time you breath, Cronic cough, burning sensation when spit blood out. Is not very nice to have and would not wish anyone to have it.

because it's dangerous and also some ppl that don't smoke have it too and it easily kills ppl

because it can kill us buddy...no one is exempted of getting this kind of disease. the air nowadays is so polluted...not to mention is you smoke?

I had a few relatives that died from it thanks to smoking, its a scary way to die, ephasema too, scary as hell
